Who is Evan Peters?

Evan Thomas Peters is an American actor. He is well recognized for his multiple roles on the FX anthology collections American Horror Story, as Stan Bowes in the first season of the FX ballroom drama series Pose. Also as Peter Maximoff / Quicksilver in the X-Men film series (2014-2019).

Peters played Detective Colin Zabel in HBO’s Mare of Easttown in 2021. He received critical acclaim and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Evan made his acting breakout in the 2004 drama movie Clipping Adam and starred in the ABC science fiction series Invasion from 2005 to 2006.

He appeared in numerous national commercials for established brands which include Kelloggs, Papa John’s Pizza and PlayStation. Early Career 2004-2011

Peters was picked by producer Michael Picchiottino for the role of Adam Sheppard in the film Clipping Adam on his second audition. He had a recurring role as Jack Daniels on The CW teen-drama series One Tree Hill in 2008. Also, Peters got many one episode guest spots in TV series which include The Mentalist, House, Monk, The Office, In Plain Sight and Parenthood. He appeared in the supporting role of Todd Haynes, the main character’s best friend, in the superhero film Kick-Ass in 2010. However he was not able to reprise the role in the 2013 sequel because of scheduling conflicts with his role in the second season of American Horror Story.

Peters made a surprise appearance in the Disney+ series Wandavision, playing an alternate version of his character from the X-Men film series. It was revealed later that it was an imposter named Ralph Bohner.
