Who Is Marilyn Hickey?

Marilyn Hickey ( Marilyn Allen Hickey) is an American Christian televangelist and a minister. She teaches Bible studies both nationally and internationally.

Career

Hickey together with her husband moved to Denver, Colorado where they founded Full Gospel Chapel. However, the Church was later rebranded to Orchard Road Christian Center. The church became one of the biggest churches in the Denver area. However, they later transitioned the pastorate role to their daughter Sarah Bowling and son-in-law Reece Bowling. Currently, the church is now called Centennial, Colorado.

Since 1973, Hickey has hosted a television show, which she has co-presented alongside her daughter Sarah Bowling since 1996. Today with Marilyn and Sarah may be viewed on Christian networks throughout the world, including the DayStar Network, Channel C, and independent stations, as well as on her YouTube channel. Furthermore, she has also been spotted on Trinity Broad.

Working as a Missionary

Marilyn held a three-day prayer and faith healing rally in Karachi, Pakistan in 2012. The rally was attended by over 400,000 people and on 12th November 2016 on her 7th trip to Pakistan, her aim was to teach 1,000,000 people in a single meeting in Karachi. Furthermore, she has served as a member of the Board of Regents of Oral Roberts University.

She is married to Wallace Hickey, the two lovebirds who met at an Assemblies of God Church. Wallace was serving at Assemblies Church, the two got married on December 26th, 1954. Moreover, together with her husband they met Dr. T.L Osborn, a Pentecostal evangelist, Osborn was 8 years Hickey’s senior. However, Marilyn lost her husband after a long Alzheimer’s disease and four months later she lost Osborn.
