She established The Women’s Ministry at WCCI to encourage solidarity and sisterhood. Pastor Taffi also created her own organization, the World Changers Christian Academy Independent Study Program (ISP), an alternative to traditional homeschooling. ISP is a Georgia-approved college preparatory homeschooling program that is designed for families looking for a high-quality and innovative method of learning. Taffi is also an energetic mentor as well as a sponsor for the Service to Education program at Toney Elementary School in Decatur, Georgia, where she is instrumental in helping students achieve excellence in reading. The school has achieved its highest performance on standardized scores in 2 consecutive years. Pastor Taffi along with Dr. Dollar received the 2005 Eagle Award for their continued efforts to support the program.
